SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 flat rate. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
- Free Shipping: Automatically applies to all domestic orders over $150.
- Express Shipping: $15.00 flat rate. Delivery takes 1–2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship overseas. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
PROCESSING & ORDER TRACKING
All orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your package is on its way, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Sassy Flamingeaux Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery status from the carrier to the address provided. If your package is missing but shows as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will gladly provide any shipping details required to assist you with your inquiry.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you notice an error, email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.
